1) Principal conducted Parents teachers meetings of Commerce & Arts faculty for the academic year 2019-20 as a part of the college curriculum. The response of parents was overwhelming.
2)The Principal Anglo Urdu Boys’ High School, lecturer, and students had displayed excellent social work by giving a helping hand to the people in need who were affected by floods and rains hit areas of Yerwada and Phulenagar.
3)The Anglo Urdu Boys’ High School staff members like Shaikh Attaullah, Hotgi Mubashir, Khalid Bagban, Bilal Shah, Sayyed Naushad, etc. had visited on Sunday 25th August 2019 the flood-affected area of Sangali and cleaned the Zillah Parishad Kanya Prashala of Budli Gaon of Sangli. The work was highly appreciated by the villagers. They also felicitated the teachers with the certificate of appreciation.
4) Anglo Urdu Boys’ High School Principal Mrs. Parveen Z Shaikh Received the prestigious “Ideal Principal Award” on 29th August from Maharashtra government District Sports Office, Pune and National Integration Students Association for her contribution to Sports activities, as part of the celebration of National Sports Day. Attaullah Shaikh Sir received a memento for his contribution to Social Service and Rally Organising.
X ATKT Training Preparation for Re-examination:
As per the directives of the Hon’ble President M.C.E Society Dr. P.A Inamdar, Classes for the students of Std. X who failed in different subjects in SSC March-2019 examination Special Coaching is being conducted in Anglo Urdu Boys High school from 25th June onwards till 13th July. All these students belong to Eight different schools from Pune city of English, Marathi and Urdu Medium under the Supervision of Principal Mrs. Parveen Shaikh and in co-ordination with Mr.Munawar Sir and Ms. Rahima Dhotekar.
The tremendous efforts of all the Principals and Teachers will surely bear good results.
Anglo Urdu Boys’ High School &Jr. college conducted Inter-Collegiate PPT Competition on 27th July at Hi-Tech hall. The Programme was presided over by Principal Parveen Z. Shaikh and LMC Chairman Mr. Majeed Usman Dawood.

1st prize won by Jamdade Shivani Shrinivas of (Abeda Inamdar Jr. college)
2nd prize won by Zubiya Mohammad Kalim of (Poona college)
3rd prize won by Khan Fatima and Kadam Aadhishree Vishal of (Anglo Urdu Boys high school and Jr. college).
Anglo Urdu Boys’ High School’s Principal Mrs. Parveen Z Shaikh, Staff, and students celebrated Hindi Divas. There were speeches, Songs, and a Script prepared by students.
2)Interactors of Anglo Urdu Boys’ High School attended the District Interact Assembly “UDAAN” A leadership training program at Mahatma Phule Sanskrutik Bhavan, Fatima Nagar, on 21st September 2019.
3) The Essay writing and Rangoli Competition was organized in Anglo Urdu Boys’ High School through the “Sarva Sikshan Abhiyan”. The aim of this drive is to educate the Masses.
4)Ms. Nuzhat Parveen and Ms. Birjees of Anglo Urdu Boys’ High School & Jr. College were felicitated with the best teacher awards on 5th September.
5) The much-awaited event of the year is the staff Picnic. It was great relaxation and also building up team spirit among the staff, which enable us to work together with the spirit of oneness on the auspicious occasion of Teacher’s Day.
It is a matter of great pleasure for us to present you the Gold Certificate for outstanding participation from your esteemed institution in the SRCM Essay Event 2019. It was our desire to present this praiseworthy credential to your institution ceremoniously. Unfortunately the present situation does not permit it. - Anglo Urdu Boy’s High School student of standard IX-C Mst. Ubada Zaheer Shaikh had won the 1st prize in Hardware and Miss. Aliya Shamshad Ansari of Standard VIII-E won 1st Prize in Mobile Repairing. They were felicitated by the Vice President M.C.E Society, Mrs. Abeda Inamdar.
